RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
On the off chance that you run into an issue with your order and need to return it, we are happy to help! Our commitment to quality and our customer's experience is our top priority.

If any of the below errors occur, you have 30 days to return your hat(s) from the date you received it.

If the item was damaged during shipment, we will be happy to replace it.

If the item arrived defective, we will be happy to replace it.

If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll take it back and ship what was ordered.
For any hat that is returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly, you will be refunded the order total minus a $6 return fee (per hat). All our hats are made to order and this charge covers the cost to discard the hat. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Orders that have already been submitted and are in “Processing” status or “Shipped” status cannot be cancelled and must be returned.
