How does the order process work?
Creating your own custom leather patch hat can be done in 4 easy steps.

1: Choose your hat. Browse our variety of hat styles and colors and find the one that is perfect for you.
2: Select your quantity. We offer quantity discounts for orders of 12 or more, just complete this order form.
3: Upload your logo. Don't have one? We will work with you to create a unique logo for your hat.
4: Submit your order. That's it!
We'll review your order and send your invoice and the design proof for your approval. Once you approve your design and payment has been received, production will begin on your custom leather patch hats.

When will my order ship?
Your order should be completed and shipped within 10-15 business days from the time you approved your design proof.

Will I get to see a preview of my design before production?
Yes. A proof (preview of patch design) is sent for each order to the customer for approval. If a design proof is not approved within 14 days of the most recent design proof, Mule Hat Co reserves the right to manually approve the design and move the order into production. As our hats are made custom for each customer and require approval of design proof by the customer prior to production, all custom orders are non-refundable. Orders may only be cancelled if the customer has not yet approved the proof. Mule Hat Co stands behind the quality of our hats, so please contact us if there are any quality concerns.

What if I don’t have a logo or design?
No problem! We can work with you to create a custom design or logo that works for whatever need you have. Custom designs have a one-time design fee starting at $50 per design. Interested in having a custom design created? Email us at mulehatco@gmail.com.

What methods of payment are accepted?
Payment is received at the time of order. All major credit cards are accepted (Mastercard, VISA, American Express, & Discover), Apple Pay.

When will I be billed?
For items purchased through our online store, payment is made at the time of order. For custom orders, you will receive a detailed invoice after your order form has been submitted. That invoice can be paid online. Your order will move into production once payment has been received.
